My AI Dashboard Overview

Introduction

My AI Dashboard serves as your primary landing page in Cranium, providing a customizable overview for your AI operational governance activities. The dashboard features configurable widgets that surface key metrics and workflows across AI discovery, inventory, management, vulnerability assessment, compliance tracking, and AI Card publishing. You can customize which widgets appear and their order to create a view tailored to your role and priorities.

Customizing Your Dashboard

Access dashboard customization by clicking the gear icon at the top of the page. From the customization interface, you can show or hide individual widgets and reorder them by dragging to your preferred positions. Your configuration saves automatically and persists across sessions, ensuring your personalized dashboard is ready each time you log in.

Dashboard Widgets

Quick Start Widget

The Quick Start widget guides new users through initial platform setup with four progressive steps. The widget header displays your progress as "X/4 Steps Complete."

Step 1: Connect Your Repositories

This step guides you to set up at least one active VCS integration to enable Detect AI scanning. The "Set Up a VCS Integration" button navigates to the VCS Integrations page to begin the integration setup process.

Step 2: Discover Your Assets

Once you have connected a VCS integration, this step helps you initiate Detect AI to discover AI components in your repositories. The "Run a Detect AI Scan" button navigates to the VCS Integrations page to initiate a scan.

Step 3: Establish AI Governance

This final step guides you to create an AI System that will contain your Bills of Materials and other governance artifacts. The "Create an AI System" button navigates to the My AI Systems page to start the AI System creation process.

Each step includes a checkbox that you can manually mark as complete, or that automatically completes when you finish the corresponding task. Once all four steps are complete, the Quick Start widget transforms into a Quick Links widget containing the same four navigation buttons for easy access to common workflows.

Discovery Widget

The Discovery widget provides an overview of repository discovery and scanning status from your Detect AI scans. The donut chart displays the total number of repositories discovered during the Detect AI discovery phase, showing the count and percentage of scanned versus unscanned repositories. Additional metrics break down repositories by status: repositories with AI detect, failed scans, and skipped repositories based on your Detect AI configuration (such as rules to skip old or empty repositories).

The gauge chart shows the percentage of scanned AI repositories covered by at least one Bill of Materials, helping you track inventory completeness across discovered AI assets.

The "Manage My Detect AI Repos" button navigates to the VCS Integrations page.

Inventory Widget

The Inventory widget presents component counts across all your Bills of Materials through a multi-level donut chart. The chart displays the total count of items detected with breakdown levels for each component type: technologies, models, datasets, and infrastructure.

Status metrics include scans completed, scans in progress, CodeSensor BOMs, and manual BOMs.

The "Manage My Bills of Materials" button navigates to the Bill of Materials page. The "See All Tested Models in the Arena" button navigates to the Arena page.

Model Testing Widget

The Model Testing widget provides vulnerability overviews for discovered AI models. Use the toggle at the top of the widget to switch between My Models (models discovered in your Bills of Materials) and Received Models (models from AI Cards shared with you). The toggle affects all data displayed in the widget.

The widget shows the total count of models discovered in BOMs. Five donut charts display the distribution of vulnerabilities across severity levels: Critical, High, Medium, Low, and Unknown. Each chart shoes the percentage of vulnerabilities at that severity level.

The "My Most Vulnerable Models" list displays card for each high-risk model, including the model name with a hyperlink to the Arena, vulnerability likelihood score, count of AI Systems containing the model, date the test was completed, and a severity tag.

The "Go To The Arena" button navigates to the Arena page.

AI Card Publishing Widget

The AI Card Publishing widget displays activity related to AI Card management and publishing. Count metrics show My AI Systems, Received AI Cards, Pending Requests, and Pending Sent Requests.

The "Latest Received AI Cards" list displays recently received cards with the AI Card name, publisher organization, publishing user's email, date sent, and a "Review AI Card" button that links directly to the card for review.

The "Manage My AI Cards" button navigates to the AI Manager page.

Compliance & Trust Frameworks Widget

The Compliance & Trust Frameworks widget tracks compliance framework progress across your AI Systems. The widget displays one block for each compliance framework in use within your organization.

Each framework block includes the framework name, a donut chart showing AI Systems using this framework broken down by status (Not Started, In Progress, Validated, Scored), and a list of AI Systems containing the framework with links to their details. The "View All" button opens a modal displaying the complete list of AI Systems with that framework.

Vulnerabilities Widget

The Vulnerabilities widget delivers an at-a-glance view of security risks identified across your Bills of Materials. This widget displays the total number of detected vulnerabilities and categorizes them by type: technology, model dataset, and infrastructure risks.
