My AI Systems Overview

Introduction

My AI Systems provides a comprehensive overview and management platform for your AI systems. Located within the AI Manager section, My AI Systems is one of four tabs that unify system and supply chain management: My AI Systems, My Vendors, Incoming Requests, Outgoing Requests, and Published AI Cards. This article focuses specifically on the My AI Systems tab.

My AI Systems enables users to track, update, and audit AI systems efficiently by centralizing key elements such as system governance, vulnerability assessments, and artifact management. This tool benefits teams managing multiple AI systems and artifacts, allowing them to review essential details, ensure compliance, and monitor vulnerabilities.

AI System List

The AI System List is a central hub where all your AI systems are displayed in a summary card format. Each card provides an at-a-glance view of key system details, including the system name, owner, last update date, and the count of published AI Cards. In addition to this, each AI system card includes four critical artifact summary cards: Bills of MaterialsCompliance FrameworksVulnerability Reports, and Documents.

  • Bill of Materials cards show the most recent scan status, ensuring that any system component issues are up-to-date.
  • Compliance Framework cards track the system's adherence to regulatory standards, offering a quick look at the status and score of compliance responses.
  • Vulnerability Report cards highlight any risks identified in your system, providing details about vulnerabilities that may need immediate action.
  • Document cards show the supporting document's name, upload date, and upload status.

To make the management process more efficient, you can quickly add a new AI system, share system AI Cards, and filter or sort systems based on your criteria, such as system owner or last update. This helps users easily locate and manage systems across their entire AI infrastructure.
