This release reworks Use Case monitoring so the use cases that need attention are easy to find, with clearer success rate reporting, a redesigned profile editor, and a new developer documentation site.

Developer Documentation & API Reference

A dedicated documentation site now presents the Aiceberg API reference through a Redoc interface. API consumers and integrators can reach it at developers.prod1.aiceberg.ai.

Monitoring & Reporting Improvements

The All Use Cases view now flags only the Use Cases that need attention. Previously a single alert during the period marked a Use Case as critical, which turned most cards red and buried the real signal. Status now reflects genuine anomalies, such as a rising alert trend or a meaningful drop in success rate, and each status explains itself on hover. A summary bar filters the view to Critical, Degraded, or Improving in one click, and you can also filter use cases by status directly from the dashboard.

Success rate reporting is clearer too. Success rate reflects the share of sessions that finished with a recorded outcome. A use case that has activity but no recorded outcomes now shows "Awaiting outcomes," which sets it apart from a true zero, and inactive use cases display a clear empty stat in place of a card full of dashes.

Chatbot analytics also gain a new Signal Density and Event Density views and a redesigned Intent visualization with clearer categories and labels. Adversarial activity now surfaces in Signal Actions, and the Intent, Named Entities, and Event Chains charts share consistent empty states.

Redesigned Profile Editing

Profile editing is now consolidated onto a single page. Every signal is visible at once, detailed changes happen in focused side panels, and a persistent save bar tracks unsaved changes so nothing is lost mid-edit.

Bug Fixes & Other Improvements

Event feedback now supports editing and removal, so you can correct or refine signal reporting after the fact. Detection accuracy improves with updated models for intent, multi-turn violation and sentiment analysis, and related signals.

Access to events, prompts, and use case analytics now follows your permissions, so you only see the data you are entitled to. For example, prompts authored by other users and original pre-redaction content are restricted accordingly.

Action Required: One of the session status values has been renamed. The value previously labeled external_error is now model_error across the API and the dashboard. If you have saved filters, dashboards, alerts, or API integrations that reference external_error, update them to model_error.

Bug Fixes

Event timestamps now display correctly in the dashboard.
Resolved layout issues: duplicate scrollbars on the Use Case detail view, dialogs overflowing with long names, and a duplicate "Create Profile" button.
The Playground retry banner no longer appears on every prompt.
