AI Card Request Email Reminder Service
This release introduces automated email reminders for AI Card publishing requests. The reminder service monitors outstanding publishing requests and sends notifications to vendors at key milestones throughout the assessment lifecycle: six weeks before the due date, three weeks prior, one week prior, on the due date, and weekly for delinquent requests.
- Description: Automated reminder service that sends email notifications to vendors at scheduled intervals during the AI Card assessment process.
- Availability: Available upon request. Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable email reminders for your tenant.
- Notes: The service only processes new publishing requests created after the feature is enabled for a tenant. Pre-existing requests will not generate automated reminders.
- Email Content: Each reminder includes the framework name, requesting organization, due date, and a direct link to complete the assessment.
Bug Fixes & Other Improvements
This release includes expanded capabilities and interface improvements to enhance usability and user experience.
- DetectAI: Added support for scanning across multiple organizations within GitHub Enterprise Cloud environments.
- User Manager: Added last login date tracking for all users.
- Compliance Agent: Improved response logic to generate contextually appropriate answers based on question phrasing rather than occasionally defaulting to yes/no responses.
- Compliance Agent: Streamlined the interface for adding multiple reference documents simultaneously.
- CloudSensor: Improved readability and navigation in evidence tables.
